You must also write your name and title of the piece on the painting.

Meet in the cafeteria if you are helping paper tables.
The Emailing list is now cancled. All updates are on the blog.

Monday, January 5, 2009

This Thursday students need to bring in their canvasses-surfaces for the MARCH Cellar Door Coffee House show!
It doesn't matter if they've started them or not-
Bring all pieces in for the Thursday meeting.
If they are doing 2, they should have 2 surfaces brought in with them....
I need a physical 'piece count' of actual pieces for the show- because if we don't have enough I will have to cancel it.

Also- if you know anyone else in the club who might not have gotten the email- INFORM THEM.
The decision will be made at Thursday's meeting if we should even proceed with the show.
